Please note that the deadline for visits commencing before the 1 May 2012 has now passed.
For visits commencing from 1 May 2012 - 30 April 2013 (2012 Call):
apply at least 12 weeks before your visit is due to commence and no later the 14 December 2012.
Grundtvig Visits & Exchanges enables adult education staff to attend a conference/seminar or undertake job-shadowing, or other work related activities, in another European country.

Ready to apply? Please follow the steps below carefully, to give your application the best possible chance of success:
1. Identify your host organisation.
Visits may be in one direction only or carried out as part of an exchange between organisations. Where appropriate, one grant may cover visits to several organisations - as long as these are in the same destination country. Request a letter from the host organisation confirming acceptance of your visit; the activity programme; and agreed dates.
2. Ensure that you read our guidance documents

3. Download, complete and submit the appropriate application form
Work through our step-by-step guide as you complete your application form, and do not hesitate to contact us if anything needs further clarification.

Important: We strongly recommend that you keep a copy of your application form and supporting documents; and also that you obtain proof of postage in case of queries. Applications postmarked later than the December deadline each year will not be accepted.
