1. Identify your host organisation.

Visits may be in one direction only or carried out as part of an exchange between organisations. Where appropriate, one grant may cover visits to several organisations.

2. Complete an application form

The application form can be found on the right.

3. Submit your application to us by the deadline

There is a rolling deadline for applications:

• You need to apply at least 8 weeks before the activity starts, and no later than 17 December 2010. Activities must start by 30 April 2011 at the latest.

Please send us both a hard copy and an email copy of your application. Email your application to grundtvig@ecotec.com with 'V&E application form' in the subject.

Post the hard copy to the address below. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage in case of queries.
