How to apply for an Assistantships grant

The deadline to submit an application for an Assistantships grant is 31 March 2010.

We recommend that you check the Grundtvig Assistantships Guide 2010 before you start an application.

1. Identify the host organisation for the work placement.

Applications must include confirmation from the host organisation that it is willing to receive the Grundtvig Assistant with an outline of the proposed activity programme and dates.


2. Complete an application form

You can download an application form by clicking the link of the right hand side of this page. Please take some time to read the guidance document before submitting your application.


3. Submit your application to us by the deadline

You need to send a hard copy and email a copy of your application on or before the next application deadline: 31 March 2010 (date as postmark). Please ensure that your application meets the eligibility criteria set out in the application form.

Email your application to grundtvig@ecotec.com. Post the hard paper copy of the signed application and any supporting documents to us at the address below. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage in case of queries.
