1. Identify a training course

You can search a European database of training courses. You will need to register for the course before you make your application, and include proof of registration with your application.

2. Complete an application form

You can download an application pack which includes the application form and advice on how to complete it. Please take some time to read the guidance document before submitting your application.

3. Submit your application to us by the deadline

Application deadlines for 2010 are:

15 January 2010 (courses starting 1 May 2010 - 31 August 2010)

30 April 2010 (courses starting 1 September 2010 - 31 December 2010)

15 September 2010 (courses starting 1 January 2011 -30 April 2011)

Send a copy of your application by email to grundtvig@ecotec.com with the following as the subject – ‘IST Application Form (insert deadline date) – Insert Organisation Name’.

You also need to send a hard paper copy of the signed application and any supporting documents to us at the address below on or before the deadline (date as postmark). We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage in case of queries.

Please remember to ensure your application meets the eligibility criteria set out in the application form.
