Submit a case study
We love to hear about all the good work that's been funded under the Grundtvig programme. So, why not tell us all about your Grundtvig project or training activity and how you and your organisation, staff and learners have benefitted.
What you need to do
If you would like to have your Grundtvig activity included as a case study in the Projects Around the UK map section then follow the steps below:
1). Download case study template
It's helpful if you can send us some specific information about your Grundtvig activity. So, the first thing you'll need to do is:
- Download Small Co-operation case study template
(Partnerships and Senior Volunteering) - Download Individual Mobility case study template
(In-Service Training, Visits & Exchanges, Assistantships) - Download Hosting case study template
(Learner Workshops)
2). Complete the template
Please complete the case study template. Each case study will have a contact name & details published alongside, so don't forget to include this information.
3). Return completed template with any supporting information
Help us make your case study come to life by sending photographs and other supporting information, such as pdf brochures, presentations and project artwork.
Please send the completed template and any supporting information by email to llpblog@uk.ecorys.com.
What happens next
Once we've read through everything you've sent, we'll edit it into a case study and then publish it to the Grundtvig Projects Around the UK map. We will let you know when it's live on the Grundtvig website.
