Preparatory Visits

Preparatory Visits

Read on to find out what activities Grundtvig Preparatory Visits funding supports. Or, you may want to go straight to how to apply for a Preparatory Visits grant.

Key Information

Preparatory Visits funding can be used to meet partners prior to submitting a Grundtvig Partnership or Senior Volunteering application, or to attend a Contact Seminar to find new partners.

Meeting partners

Preparatory Visits funding will allow one person from your organisation to visit prospective partners in order to discuss your Grundtvig Partnership or Senior Volunteering application.

Contact Seminars

Contact Seminars are organised by National Agencies across Europe with the aim of bringing a variety of organisations together which share common aims, target groups and ambitions in a particular field.

They provide an ideal opportunity to find partners and develop Grundtvig applications. A list of all the Contact Seminars taking place in 2010 will be available shortly.

Applications

You must submit your funding application to us at least 8 weeks before the activity start date and the final deadline for 2010 applications is 10 December 2010.

See how to apply for a Preparatory Visit grant for 2010 application form and supporting documents.
